Modeling & process simulation
Purpose of the modeling and process simulation is to assess better performance of the enterprise through better use of financial resources, raw materials, energy and labor. Our method of calculation through energy-based products is a core of developed software that allows user to solve a number of economic challenges:
- 1) determine the actual savings in fuel and purchased electricity in the reporting period compared to the previous period;
- 2) analysis the causes of changes in consumption of energy and energy semi-products, including consumption share in the manufacture of each product;
- 3) energy efficient reconstruction and modernization of production;
- 4) calculation the cross-cutting regulatory energy products based on specific rules of direct and intermediate costs of energy;
- 5) identify technically justified need for fuel and electricity based on projected production volumes, planned consumption rates of energy and intermediate inputs.
