The scope of our supply ranges from instrumentation, motors, MCCs and drives to sophisticated control and automation software, including Level 2 software for plant management with online mathematical models included. Our layered automation solutions are scaled to meet the needs of plants of all sizes. They can be easily upgraded at a very low additional cost to the plant operator.
- Level 0: Field instrumentation and control equipment. This level includes all the measuring instruments, sensors, transmitters, actuators and final control elements that are interfaced to the PLC.
- Level 1: This automation level handles all the control loops, sequential logic control, process monitoring and supervision. It is implemented using DCS or PLCs for the regulation and control part, and graphic operator stations for the HMI.
- Level 2: Manufacturing Execution System. The second automation level continually improves production through online quantity and quality analysis, reporting and optimization using mathematical models, as well as advanced level control. It also provides access points for the Enterprise Resource Planning System (Level 3).
