Description and solution:
Regarding the reconstruction of existing and construction of the new high-temperature refrigeration equipment and systems, such as for blast furnace, electric arc furnaces and others we are ready to develop and implement all types of cooling systems:
- evaporative cooling (natural or forced circulation water mixture)
- cooled cold or hot chemically treated water
- process cooling water
- combined cooling systems
The method of evaporative cooling high-temperature units was invented and implemented the first time in the World by our partner, SE UkrRTC Energostal, Kharkiv, Ukraine in 1946. Our proposed cooling solutions are ensuring:
- sufficient strength and durability of cooled metallurgical parts and units operating in areas of high temperatures
- the extreme reliability of cooling
- optimum cooling costs
- reducing energy consumption, with the possibility of short power-off when the system of evaporative cooling is working in a mode of natural circulation
- the use of the heat produced in the system of evaporative cooling, by using steam and return of condensate in the coolong system
As a part of cooling solutions, we may also deliver equipment for cooling blast furnaces (water-cooled lance, cold plates), rolls, rolled, rolls, roller, rulers and loop holders)
